There are also trains that leave directly from Stanstead and take you to Leicester,

Airport is in the
North of London, and thus closer to us, and it has a train line stop so you
can enter directly on the London - Nottingham train when it stops at Luton.
East
Midlands is a very
small airport and not an international one, so it is probably not as easy to
find an airline that takes you there, and there are no immediate bus connections
to Nottingham, you would have to let us know your arrival so we can make suggestions.
There are
other smaller airpoirts in cities in the regions.
